    As I have understood it, the anchors are set 180 deg. apart with a swivel at
    the end of their respective chains and an additional chain leading from the
    swivel for canturnary effect. The worst scenario in this case would be
    dragging one anchor into the other and fouling both of them.

    Not going to happen on most multi hulls and a few of my mono friends have
    abandoned the all chain concept due to all the weight.

    The windlass is not going to be in the picture except for raising the hook.
    I use a 3 point bridal with the load offset from center by about 8 feet to
    keep the pull in one direction rather than sailing back and forth.
