    Dick,
    I heard on one of the press conferences televised today - Colin Powell I
    think - that not only have all the NATO countries announced their standing
    with us on what ever our response may be if it can be proved that Bin Laden
    was behind this but so have Russia, China, and Saudi Arabia and the rest of
    the Gulf States.

    And amazingly enough, both China and Russia have offered aid in the form of
    additional rescue workers.
