Here in Baltimore the Inner Harbor is closed to boat traffic. The marina I'm
in falls within the no traffic zone. The CG was here at the marina this
morning. Their official statement does not specify a reopening date, but they
did give an 'unofficial' date.
So, here we are and here we must stay.
