It just so happens, I do know of at least one replacement...
My Bukh DV-20 uses a Johnson F35B-9 pump (10-35157-3).
When I ordered some spares before we left Cleveland, they came in at the
same time some Volvo impellors arrived for another customer at the
yard. The Volvo units were in genuine "Volvo" packaging and cost the
proud owner 30 bucks apiece. My impellors came in Johnson Pump packaging
and cost $11.00. I was standing at the counter when these came in. The
Volvo owner and I took the impellors out of the packaging, compared them,
and they were identical. Even the extra gasket packed with the impellors
were the same.
Needles to say, the guy was a bit incensed as he and I had both ordered 3
replacements. Do the math. :)
I never asked exactly what engine he had as it made no difference to
me. As I left the parts department, he was arranging to return the Volvo
impellors and order the Johnson Pump equivalents.
Take your old impellor to almost any dealer that sells replacements and
compare the configurations on their "match" chart (that shows all the
replacements at actual size) to your original. I'll bet that some model of
Johnson Pump impellor will be an exact replacement.
