It probably would sell, but the first buyers would probably be IRS
agents and politicians who would immediately move to close any
loopholes. But what the heck, it's worth a try. Maybe you could make
$more if you could come up with a legal plan for avoiding or minimizing
boat taxes on a customized one-by-one basis?
