When purchasing major items in Oregon (boats, cars, etc.) , you must give
a residence address in Oregon where you permanently reside under penalty
of perjury. You can prove residence in Oregon by voter registration
card, drivers license, etc. P.O.Box address in Oregon doesn't work, I
know, I checked into it.
I guess perjury doesn't mean much anymore.
