    Try Lime-away.

    In all probability you have calcium and lime deposits. Just make sure you
    flush it out with LOTS of water.

    Put some down the hose, let it sit for about 15-20 minutes, flush it through
    with lots of water.

    I bet that does it.

    The other thing to try is to rig a freshwater hose to the drain hose - then
    flush it out for a while....
