Hi Norm,
I checked into getting a Verizon cell phone here in NJ. That deal you
got is really a good one and in only available in Florida. More
specifically, only from Primeco Market area. Verizon took over that
company and is offering that deal you got only in the Florida area. Like
you said, it covers the entire east coast. The district Verizon
manager for our area was very interested in the product and is going to
bring it up at the next regional meeting. Anyone who is still in
Florida should not pass up the opportunity to get in your deal. I think
it has been modified a little since you signed on but still - the entire
east coast! Thats a deal.
In the mean time we will have to get the "one rate" plan and later
migrate to the one you got if they give it to us. The One Rate is for
the North East only and starts in Virginia. It will have to do for
now. The only major advantage is they are offering 2000 lifetime
minutes for weekends. That is a lot of internet time.
