Bob and I are discussing what we will do next fall. We've done the ICW
once and Bob doesn't care for it. He'd rather sail. I would like to go
down to Key West and the Dry Tortugas again, and also back to the Bahamas.
I'd like to do more diving (I only went once this winter). We've gone
offshore for 24 hours or so, and run a couple of inlets.

But I feel, and I think I've convinced Bob, that for a multi day passage,
say to Bermuda and then down to the Caribbean, at least initially we'd like
to have 3 people to stand watches. But I don't know how to find a third
person. None of my children is in a position to leave and go offshore -
they all have young children. My oldest grandson couldn't leave his job
and gets seasick, the oldest granddaughter is in college.

So how do people find a third hand?
