The reference is to a software package called SeaClear... If you use HTML mail, click on the following reference to the SeaClear website. If you don't have HTML mail, copy the URL and paste it into your browser address line.

I've only used it enough to get familiar with it. There are others on the list who have hooked it up to their GPS and can give you better info that I.
Download the S/W and install it as a first step. Once you play around with it, others can give you better instructions on how it works...

electronic charts from a public source. He said that by combining these charts
with a shareware program would allow the user to hook up a GPS and allow
