IMHO, Pierre almost has it right.
Think of all your house batteries as one bank. Now build in the ability to
switch *each* battery into or out of the bank. Do this with a breaker
/switch sized like this: Total service amps for the bank / number of
batteries in the bank rounded up to the available breaker size. Note that
Total service amps equals the expected demand including inverter at rated
output. this number must be less than the amp rating of the bank. (Usually
much less.) Note this is amps only not amp hours.
Your service wiring *to the plus and minus distribution hubs* must be up to
    this ampacity.
Each breaker is installed in the positive side right next to the battery it
protects. The wire to the breaker from the battery need not be more than the
    breaker size.
Blues Seas has the breakers in surface mount and panel mount.
    Advantages:
You will be wired to ABYC standard,
You can take out any battery right from in the engine room where you are
working so you will be less tempted to work on a connected battery,
the bank is protected from an individual battery or cell failure because a
high amp rush to a failed battery will trip the breaker yet leave the bank
    alive,
you have a little more safety when working with batteries of different ages.

I agree with Pierre re the SC225 as long as you don't risk any injury or
damage in placing or removing them, and the cost is less. Often this time of
year deals are available on T105, 125.
    Richard
