lv-ab: maritime attorney

Does anyone know of a maritime attorney (or any other professional) to
handle what should be a very straightforward "as is" contract for a private
sale? In other words, there's no escrow account, no fixing of minor flaws
before change in ownership, etc. The finance company is handling the
documentation.
