I lived in Accokeek for about 15 years (till a year ago, when I moved
aboard in Deale)....
The closest marina to Accokeek itself is Ft. Washington Marina (just north
on 210 or across Piscataway creek from Accokeek). There are also a couple
of marinas further south in Charles county.
Unfortunately, I don't believe any of them officially allow liveaboards.
You pretty much have to go up to DC or over to Deale before you can find a
marina that does.
It's a cool area though. Feel free to contact me off list if you need any
local info.
