I'm using Earthlink, and am happy with it. They provide PPP
nationally, and DSL in some areas (including our boat! Yipee!). $20
for unlimited PPP, $40 for unlimited DSL (including 20 hrs/mo PPP).
They also have an 800 number, but charges are different. Use your
favorite browser, emailer, FTP, etc. I think they are No. 2 behind
AOL. I downloaded their number list, and just dial a different local
number when I'm traveling.
