I have had three sets of Sam's golf cart batteries aboard (I bought the first
set, the rest were warranty replacements) and they have all failed in a few
months. I got really tired of ferrying batteries back and forth so I finally
bought a set of Trojan L-16's.
Six volt batteries are useful because they make so many of them for the golf
cart trade we benefit by economies of scale.
I have always have had satisfactory service from Trojan brand batteries.
