A normally intelligent adult, especially when using a written media like
e-mail, should be able to disagree, even strongly disagree, without
    resorting to being offensive.

According to Edmond Burke, "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil
is for good men [or women] to do nothing." So good people - do something -
    sound off.

In the meanwhile, look up your email software manual to see how to construct
a filter that automatically relegates all emails from the offending party to
the trash can. Not as satisfying as getting them off the list but
    effective.

Since I've found my email filter manual - let the flame war begin :-)
