    In an off-list message, Larry (DeMers) mentioned that he thought that Norm's
    process (using wire) was better because you could remove the wires and
    re-tighten the fasteners to compress the sealant as a gasket. Just wanted
    to point out that the vinyl "bumps" are quite flexible and "squishy",
    allowing later retightening without having to remove wires.
