The Gulfstar 39 I just bought came with a computer controlled
Wallace 3000 diesel fired forced air system. It was built in Finland
and imported by Scan Marine. I have only had it two weeks and I don't
know how much it cost so I can't offer much of an opinion of it. It
seems simple to operate and is very quite, not the jet turbine sound
of a Espar. The manual mentions options for thermostat or remote
start via telephone. If anybody has personal experience with Wallace
heaters I would appreciate any tips you have to offer.
My personal preference is for simple drip pot diesel heaters
but I won't be ripping this or the nice electric anchor windlass out
    anytime soon.
